Admission

On the first visit the patient has to register at the reception and choose the type of therapy he/she to undergo .In case the patient is unable to decide the front desk attendant will counsel and guide the patient to decide the best suited therapy. The patient has to then consult the doctor who will decide treatment package. After the deciding the treatment package and type of accommodation the required amount/amount equivalent shall be deposited at the Cash/DD/debit/credit? All payments are to be made in favor of the "Kailash Institute of Naturopathy Ayurveda & Yoga", payable at Greater Noida. The reservation cell will inform the earliest possible dates for admission.

Rules and regulations

  • Patient should strictly adhere to daily routine of the hospital.
  • Cooking separately, use of stimulants like teas, coffee, tobacco, alcohol, pan and food items brought from outside are strictly prohibited.
  • Discharge before the prescribed duration is liable for fine.
  • During the course of stay, patients are not allowed to go out of the campus.
  • Strict discipline and cleanliness are to be maintained by the inmates of the hospital.
  • Please settle all the dues and bills a day before discharge.

Guest Rules

  • Guests of patients are normally not permitted to stay in accommodation as they will be a strain on the resources of the Institute and such requests will be considered on the merits of each case. Guest charges will be applicable. Children are normally not permitted to stay with the patients.
  • Guests with heart ailments communicable diseases are not allowed.
  • Frequent visitors will not be encouraged as it will interfere with the treatment course.

Servant / Attendant Rules

  • Servants / Attendants are also not normally permitted unless in case of absolute necessity and has to be cleared by the doctor, subject to their complying with the behavioural norms of the Institute.
  • Servants or attendants will be provided with extra bed in the patients accommodation of the and will have their food in the diet centre only. Charges are applicable.

Getting Ready/ Checklist

As you are making plans to come to the hospital there are a few things you will need to arrange.

  • Please take time to record your current prescribed medications. It is also important to list vitamins, nutritional supplements and or herbs. Bring your current medications with you in their original containers .Your health care team can make adjustments if they know what you are taking. To promote the health, well-being and safety of patients, visitors, and employees, smoking / any form of tobacco / alcohol / other stimulants is not allowed in any Kailash Hospital buildings or property.

What to Bring with You

  • Personal identification (such as a driver’s license)
  • Your recent as well as past medical reports relevant to your health problem.
  • Any prescribed medication you are currently taking. Bring your current medications with you in their original containers.
  • Your physician’s advice or other recommendations.
  • Good number of comfortable cotton clothes for exercise / yoga, hydrotherapy treatments, massage as well as swimming.

What to Leave at Home

  • Valuables, such as jewellery and watches.
  • Wallet, extra money and credit cards (except what is needed for your payment )
  • Any kind of stimulants which you use regularly like coffee/ tea (sachets),snacks, Vicks inhalers, any form of tobacco, beetle nuts, artificial mouth fresheners, since they are strictly prohibited in our premises to deliver better healthcare to you.

What to Wear

You are advised to wear loose-fitting clothes, which will be more comfortable to put back on following certain procedures. Also, please do not wear makeup on the day of admission. You are expected to change your dress atleast twice daily due to the nature of treatment procedures.

Terms and Conditions

  • Right of admission is reserved and not transferable.
  • Accommodation charges for the entire period of treatment and approximate charges for the special treatments are payable in advance at the time of admission. Rates prevailing during the time of stay will be charged.
  • To derive lasting benefits, patients must stay for the entire period as prescribed by our doctors. Requests at the time of admission for reduction of the period of treatment and subsequently for premature discharge will not be entertained.
  • If a patient does not report within three days from the date for which the reservation was confirmed, the reservation deposit will be forfeited and the accommodation if booked will be allotted to the next patient.
  • The management reserves the right to discharge any patient at any point of time without assigning any reason what so ever.
  • All patients are expected to maintain discipline, obey all rules, not to argue with doctors / staff.
  • Patients should strictly follow all treatments and diet prescribed by the doctors. Disobedience in this regard will render them ineligible for treatment and readmission
  • Use of telephone and fax is permitted only to enable the patients to ascertain the welfare of their families and not for transacting business. Although email / Internet facilities are also available to limited extent on chargeable basis, patients are requested to avoid using them in their own interest.
  • Drugs or medicines of any system in your possession must be disclosed to our doctors on admission. Our doctors shall advise their continuance, tapering off or stopping, as appropriate.
  • Patients are allowed limited usage of mobile telephones, strictly in their accommodations.
  • Use of laptops and other business activity is strictly not allowed.
  • Bringing jewellery and valuables is strictly prohibited. During their stay at the institute, patients must look after their belongings themselves. Although safe deposit lockers have been provided, the institute does not take any responsibility for any loss.

Persons under the following categories are not eligible:

  • Pregnant women
  • Persons with unstable heart condition.
  • Crippled / immobile persons
  • Persons suffering from terminal disease conditions.
  • Persons with communicable diseases.
  • Complex health related problems.
  • Patients not willing to undergo treatments.
  • Patients addicted to evils such as drugs, smoking, alcohol, zarda, pan masala etc.

Patients are advised to bring:

  • Previous medical records
  • Daily medication stock to last for the entire duration of stay
  • Loose garments (Pyjama Kurta, Salwar Kameez) for daily wear
  • Personal clothing and towels
  • Shorts / Track suits and walking shoes
  • Swimming costume
  • Toiletries
  • Costume for yoga & gym
