Visiting hours are scheduled for one hour per day. The staff of KINAY recognizes that the support of family and friends is important for your healing and health. The treatment staff will work with you and your family and friends to create the most beneficial healing environment. It is your right to limit visitors at any time and your decision will be respected. However on specific conditions, visitation may be restricted.

Guest Services Electronic Lockers installed in every room.. Guest Services can provide assistance with lockers. At times, you or a family member may be looking for activities to help pass the time while at the hospital. Guest Services has a library and shuttle court .

Parking for patients and visitors is available to the right of the main entrance on the north side of the hospital complex.

An ATM machine is located in the adjacent building of the hospital housing the SBI ATM and the hospital has DENA bank within its campus.

The hospital houses a full fledged multistation gymnasium with advanced Cardio and Endurance training facilities as well as centrally air conditioned and audio supported aerobics hall with a wooden flooring.
